Center for Agriculture Resource and Environmental Systems(CARES) - Uses geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, environmental modeling, and internet mapping to help better address resource, environmental and socio-economic issues.

Spatial Nutrient Management Planner (SNMP) - The Spatial Nutrient Management Planner (SNMP) is a decision support tool that facilitates the collection, analysis and presentation of spatial information related to nutrient management planning.

Missouri Resource Assessment Partnership (MoRAP) develops, analyzes, and delivers the highest quality, lowest cost geospatial data for natural and cultural resource management. The partnership fosters innovation and cooperation among participants in order to improve our quality of life.
