Vandana Shiva (Oct. 16, 2009) - "Soil, Not Oil: Environmental Justice in the Age of Climate Crisis"
Featured in the the movie Dirt!, and author of papers and books critical of many production agriculture practices and multinational corporations. She talks about sustainability and organic agriculture, biodiversity, and environmental justice.

Climate Change and Food Production Panel Discussion (Oct. 22, 2009)
As the title implies, this panel covered many of today's important environmental and agricultural issues. This panel included Chuck Rice, Andrew McGowan, Scott Staggenborg, Mary Rezac, John Harrington, and Telmo Amado. This session was moderated by Ben Champion, K-State director of Sustainability.
