Booths are 6 feet by 6 feet and cost $390. It includes a 6-foot table and chairs. Cost includes booth space and CPIA membership for 2013. Please indicate if you need electricity. _____YES _____NO
Exhibitors may submit 3-5 images for a Power Point slide show that includes examples of your products. The Power Point will be run on a loop during the luncheon. If interested please, contact Donna Lamm prior to Feb. 14 or send her your slides at email@example.com.
CPIA will be giving away door prizes throughout the day. If you would be willing to donate something for a door prize please check here. ______________
The person listed above receives free registration with the purchase of a booth. If you are bringing additional staff, please list them below. Registration is $75 for each additional person.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn, Kearney, Nebraska. The cost is $87.95/night plus taxes. Please make your reservations directly with the motel at (308) 237-5971. Indicate you are with CPIA to get the special rate.The block will be released Feb. 4, 2013.
