Email: Branding K-State Research and Extension

Here are some tips to help support the K-State Research and Extension brand in email messages:

  • Use the tips outlined in the section on writing. Good writing in email reinforces our ability to provide consistent quality.

  • Use good grammar and punctuation. Don’t abbreviate unnecessarily, or use non-traditional language (such as text-messaging).

  • Include a greeting and closing that reflects respect. Here's some examples:

    Sincerely
    Regards

    Less formal
    Thank you
    Have a good day
    See you tomorrow
