Workshop Schedule
The Genomics Facility offers the one-week Gene Expression Analysis workshop. The workshop is a combination of lectures and hands-on experiments on RNA-seq library preparation, MiSeq (Illumina) data acquisition, RNA-seq data processing and analysis.
