The Genomics Facility offers the one-week Gene Expression Analysis workshop. The workshop is a combination of lectures and hands-on experiments on RNA-seq library preparation, MiSeq (Illumina) data acquisition, RNA-seq data processing and analysis.

Lab Exercises

  • RNA quality assessment with 2100 Agilent Bioanalyzer
  • RNA-seq library preparation using Tru-Seq Illumina reagents
  • MiSeq (Illumina) run
  • RNA-Seq Data analysis using GALAXY
