Tecan HS400 ProHybridization Station
The facility is equipped with two units of Tecan HS400 ProHybridization Station with medium or large size of hybridization chambers, respectively. The Tecan HS 400 ProHybridization / fluidics station is an easy-to-use solution that enables fully automated hybridization of microarrays on slides. It has been designed to improve reproducibility, performance, and the throughput of microarray experiment.
The Tecan HS400 ProHybridization Station is purchased through the National Science Foundation, Major Research Instrumentation grant DBI-0421427 awarded to Drs. Karen Garrett, A. Philine Wanggemann, Jianfa Bai, Michael Herman, and Jan Leach. The 30% matching fund is kindly provided by different colleges and departments of Kansas State University.
