The NanoDrop spectrophotometer requires only 1-2 µl of a DNA, RNA, protein, and cell culture sample. Its unique feature in monitoring dye incorporation rate after labeling and before microarray hybridization is a very useful function.
The CFX 96 Real-Time PCR System
build on Bio-Rad's proven 1000-series thermal cycling platform. The CFX 96 is factory-calibrated, no further calibration will require. It allows up to 5-target multiplexing. The reaction volume can be as low as 10ul. It includes thermal gradient feature. At every position and with every scan, the optics shuttle is reproducibly centered above each well, so the light path is always optimal and there is no need to normalize to a passive reference dye. CFX Manager software can be used not only to visualize all run data at once, but also to perform the complete gene expression analysis.
The HydroShear DNA shearing device is one of the best ways to fragment DNA for genomic and paired end library construction, high throughput and long reads sequencing. It is ideal for uniform and reproducible making of large DNA fragments (3kb, 8kb, 20kb) for long reads with next- and 3rd generation sequencers.
