Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is a microfluidics-based instrument designed for the analysis of DNA, RNA, and protein samples using nano- or picogram amounts of material. Agilent's DNA assays allow you to automatically size restriction digest fragments or PCR and RT-PCR products. Due to the instability of RNA, integrity check is an important step before any RNA dependent application. Agilent's Chip RNA assay is a useful tool in analyzing RNA quality for the Real-Time PCR and microarray experiments. For the Affymetrix GeneChip processing we only accept RNA samples that were analyzed by Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. The 2100 Small RNA kit allows you to separate, verify and optimize miRNA after extraction procedures. Only 1-3 ul of material required per analysis.
