Registration
Please print the registration form, and send it along with your check to the address below or you can also pay at the time of the workshop. However, it is important to mail or fax the registration form as early as possible in order to reserve a seat.

• Seating is limited to the first 50 registered participants.
• You can send the registration form and pay in person on May 11th.
• We will give 100% refund if you are unable to attend the workshop after registration.
• The registration fee is $150 per person, irrespective of number of days attended. Please make the check payable to “Department of Grain Science”.
