Objectives

1. Gain knowledge on pest management and food safety issues affecting the food-processing industry.

2. Understand methyl bromide critical use application process, reregistration status, new label changes and uses.

3. Observe a practical methyl bromide fumigation and monitoring at the Hal Ross Flour Mill.

4. Gain knowledge on Methyl Bromide and Alternatives.
