A total of 60 rooms have been set aside for the workshop participants and speakers for May 12-15, 2009 nights at the Clarion Hotel, 530 Richards Drive , Manhattan, KS, US, 66502.For reservations please call the hotel directly (Tel: 785-539-5311).When reserving your room, please indicate that you will be attending the "ProFume Workshop."

Kansas State University vehicles will provide transportation from and to the Clarion hotel during May 13-15. You will be picked up from the hotel lobby at the times given below.

May 13              8:00 a.m.
May 14              7:00 a.m.
May 15              7:15 a.m.

During each of these days, Kansas State University vans will bring you back to the hotel after the session on campus.
