From the East to
Manhattan (by Car)
1. Take exit 313 off I-70
2. Turn Right (north) onto
Hwy 177
3. Cross the bridge over
the Kansas River
4. Turn Left onto Ft. Riley
Blvd.--which turns into Tuttle Creek Blvd. At 3rd
stop light, Turn Left
onto Bluemont Ave. (This street changes names to
Anderson Ave.)
5. Turn Right onto 17th
Street and proceed to the Visitors Booth to receive
a free visitors
parking permit so that you may park on campus
6. After receiving the
parking permit, proceed straight ahead until the
stop sign
7. Turn Left onto College
Heights
8. Turn Right onto Denison
Ave
9. Turn Right onto Claflin
Rd
10. At first 4-way stop,
turn Right onto Mid-Campus Dr. (Go about 1-2
blocks.)
11. Grain Science Dept.
(Shellenberger Hall) is the first building on your
right
From the West to Manhattan (by Car)
1.Take exit 303 off of I-70
2.Make left onto Hwy. 18
(K-18)
3. Follow K-18 into
Manhattan
4. Exit onto Hwy. 113 (also
called Seth Child)
5. You will go under an
overpass
6. Exit off Hwy. 113 (Seth
Child) to Anderson Ave
7. Make Right onto Anderson
Ave
8. Make a Left onto 17th St
9. Visitors Booth is in
middle of the street. Request a free visitors
parking permit so that you may park on campus
10. After receiving the
parking permit, proceed straight ahead until the
stop sign
11. Turn Left onto College
Heights
12. Turn Right onto Denison
Ave
13. Turn Right onto Claflin
Rd
14. At first 4-way stop,
turn Right onto Mid-Campus Dr. (Go about 12 blocks)

1. From the East: Take I-70 West to Exit 313
(Highway 177 North), at stoplight take a right onto
Fort Riley Boulevard 3 miles. Hotel on the right.
2. From the South: Take
I-35 North to I-70 East to Exit 303
(Manhattan/Ogden/Highway K-18). Hotel on the left.
3. From the North: Take
Highway 177 South to Highway 24 Junction (not well
marked), stay straight onto Highway 24. Coming into
Manhattan on Tuttle Creek Boulevard, head south and
continue southeast (turns into Fort Riley Boulevard)
for 3 miles on Fort Riley Boulevard. Holiday Inn on
the right.
4. From the West: Take I-70
East to Exit 303 (Manhattan/Ogden Exit/Highway K-18)
into Manhattan. Hotel on the left.
