Recovery – one drop at a time ‘10

-  A project to promote water conservation in Chapman, KS through educational materials, 100 rain barrels, and a rain garden installed in the City Park.  Signage at the rain garden explained the purpose and described techniques for planting a rain garden at one’s home.
