Brussels Sprouts with Walnut Oil and Lemon
Yield: 2 servings
2 cups brussels sprouts
1 tbsp. walnut oil
1 tsp. lemon
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
1. Steam the brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes (be careful not to overcook).
2. Toss them in the oil and lemon.
3. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
