Dr. Tanda Kidd, K-State Research and Extension, Human Nutrition is excited to share with you a new 2 page handout that lists healthier food options for foods we consume during Fall/Winter Gatherings. One side lists the foods normally consumed during Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day and during a Super Bowl Party and healthier alternatives to those choices.
