Children and Young Adults

 Children can be very susceptible to foodborne illness.  As kids grow, it is important to teach them good food handling practices.  This type of education can help them as they become young adults.  Here is some information to help educate children and young adults about good food safety practices.

Immune-Compromised Consumers

Consumers with weakened immune systems are highly susceptible to other illnesses such as foodborne illness.  These people can suffer from symptoms that may be more severe than a healthy person would experience.  They also may not recover.  The information below can help this population in preventing foodborne illness.
